It usually affects the upper airway mucosa andproduce rapidly evolving acute exacerbations requiring urgent treatment.We repost the case of a patient being treated with ACE inhibitors and anreview of prevalence, pathophysiology and management of angioedemawith ACE inhibitors for treatment and the latest treatments.
