Health care policies, bioethics and the Chilean case

The implementation of public health policies must strengthen the liberties and rights of patients, in the frame of the defense of their autonomy in front of the scientific and technical enhancement of medicine. Thus, the legality of bioethics becomes essential for the discussion, practice and socialization of these policies, which should ensure common good and do not forget their goals looking after third parties interests.
