Double Surface and Fine Structure

Previously [1], one concluded that the atomic world should be elliptic and therefore the present universe which on the macro level looks like Euclidean is obviously to be heterogeneous. In this paper, one tries to solve the enigma proposing the double elliptichyperbolic surface. As a result of the e ort, a new candidate for the exact inverse ne structure constant is given: α 1 = 137 2 1/p1+π 2/1372 = 137.0360062543 . . . .
