A construction of pseudorandom binary sequences using rational functions

In this paper a large family of finite pseudorandom binary sequences is constructed by using rational function modulo $p$. This construction generalizes earlier ones basedon the use of the multiplicative inverse modulo $p$ and additive characters, respectively.
