EPICS OF KARA AY-MALKAR NART / KARA AY-MALKAR NART DESTANLARI

Nart eposes, which are one of the common cultrual values of peoples on Caucasian geographical area, have an important place in folk literature of Karachay-Malkar Turks. Nart eposes take place, apart from the Karachay-Malkar Turks, in the folklore of Circassians, Abkhasians-Abazins, Ossets, Chechens-Ingushes and Kumuk Turks. These eposes are smilar from many aspects. But, it is remarkable that each of then contains spesific national characteristic and that there are some differences between then.
