Anaesthetic Management of a Patient with Multiple Hydatid Cysts - A Case Report

Hydatid disease is quite common in temperate climate like in India. The most common organs involved are liver and lung. We report a child in whom three major organs lungs (both), liver and spleen were involved which is quite a rare occurrence. He underwent cyst excision through simultaneous sternotomy and laparotomy.
