PERCEPTIONS OF ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE WHICH TEACHERS EMPLOYED IN PRIVATE TEACHING CENTER ZEL DERSHANELERDE G REV YAPAN RETMENLER N RGüTSEL ADALET ALGILARIKeywords: Organizational justice , private teaching center , teacher rgütsel adalet , zel dershane , retmen. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the variables that predict perceptions of organizational justice which teachers employed in private teaching center (private institutions preparing students for university entrance examinations) have and identify the relationship between perceptions of organizational justice which employees have and their demographic characteristics. The study is of general survey model. The population of the study consists of teachers employed in private teaching center in the Central Anatolia Region in 2008-2009 academic year. The study sample, on the other hand, includes 404 randomly selected teachers who are employed in private teaching center in the provinces of Ankara, Konya, Aksaray, Kayseri and Nev ehir. The research findingsindicate that variables of social security and job security are predictors of employees’ perceptions of organizational justice. Bu ara t rman n amac , zel dershanelerde g rev yapan retmenlerin rgütsel adalet alg lamalar n yordayan de i kenlerin tespit edilmesi ve al anlar n rgütsel adalet alg lamalar ile demografik zellikleri aras ndaki ili kiyi belirlemektir. Ara t rma genel tarama modelindedir. Ara t rman n evrenini Anadolu b lgesindeki dershanelerde al an retmenler olu turmaktad r. Ara t rman n rneklemi ise; tesadüfi rnekleme y ntemiyle se ilen Ankara, Konya, Aksaray, Kayseri ve Nev ehir illerindeki dershanelerde g rev yapan 404 retmenden olu maktad r. Ara t rman n bulgular , sosyal güvenlik ve i güvencesi de i kenlerinin al anlar n rgütsel adalet alg lamalar n n yorday c s oldu unu g stermektedir.
