Love has been one of the main sources of the creativity for poets and it has been located in a central place in many literary traditions. Classical Ottoman literature has been a primary literary tradition among the others that have always perceived love -either secular or divine- as a central subject.In this article, the last part of Rahatü’l-ervah by orlulu Zarif (Zarifi from orlu), who is a Classical Ottoman poet of the sixteenth century, is examined.
