Anaesthetic Management of Renal Cell Carcinoma with Cavo-Atrial Tumour Thrombus: A Case Report

This case report is an interesting presentation of renal cell carcinoma with involvement of the right atrium. Radical Nephrectomy was done with right atrial thrombectomy under Cardiopulmonary Bypass. In this report we have tried to enumerate the anaesthetic implications of renal cell carcinoma with cavoatrial thrombus and its management during surgical resection.
