Se evalúa la calidad de vida (CV) en un grupo de mujeres diagnosticadas de cáncer de mama en un tiempo superior o igual a cuatro a os. Se trata de un estudio observacional, transversal y analítico que mide la CV según los cuestionarios QLQ-C30 y BR23. En las 24 mujeres participantes las dimensiones más alteradas son el estado global de salud, el funcionamiento emocional, la fatiga, el dolor, el insomnio, el placer sexual, la perspectiva de futuro y los síntomas asociados al brazo. Los resultados confirman que después de cuatro o más a os de diagnóstico, las mujeres participantes en el estudio describen problemas en todas las dimensiones valoradas en los cuestionarios aplicados, por lo que se propone desarrollar planes de cuidados enfermeros, centrados en las dimensiones más afectadas. There is evaluated the quality of life (QL) of the women by diagnosis of cancer of top or equal breast to four years; the diagnoses and the interventions being identified the most common nurses. I study observational, transversely and analytical on the QL according to the questionnaire QLQ-C30 and BR23. In 24 women participants the most upset dimensions are the global state of health, the emotional functioning, the fatigue, the pain, the insomnia, the sexual pleasure, the perspective of future and the symptoms of the arm. The patients with cancer of breast in spite of having passed four or more years from the diagnosis, continue reflecting problems in all the dimensions that are valued for the above mentioned questionnaires. It becomes necessary to elaborate a plan of elegant nurse to work the most affected dimensions of the QL.
