Report of a case with Hodgkin’s lymphoma, tuberculosis and autoimmune hemolytic anemiaKeywords: Hemolytic anemia , Hodgkin disease/complications/ diagnosis , tuberculosis/complications. Abstract: Tuberculosis has been described in association with malignancies including Hodgkin’s disease (HD). In this article, a patient with diagnoses of HD, tuberculosis and hemolytic anemia is reported. Both tuberculosis and HD may present with similar symptoms and signs, and one of the diagnoses may be overlooked. The physicians should be aware of the simultaneous occurrence of both of these diseases when they are faced with initial therapeutic failure, during care of HD and tuberculosis patients.
