Abstract: Paraneoplastic rheumatic syndromes are usually detected before or at the time of diagnosis of the underlying malign disease, occasionally is manifested years later. In this case report, we present a case of paraneoplastic rheumatic syndrome symptoms were developed eight months after the diagnosis of squamous cell lung cancer and also a review of the rheumatic syndromes related with malign diseases.
