Prognosis of non Q-wave myocardial infarction in the elderly residing in Almaty

The research was dedicated to studies of prognostic markers in elderly patients with non Q-wave myocardial infarction condition. Surveys and clinical laboratory examinations identified a number of unfavourable factors for non Q-wave myocardial infarction: old myocardial infarction, short anamnesis of the condition, bouts of early post-infarction cardiac angina. It was demonstrated that among the prognostic markers there are both physical and psychic components of life quality according to scales SF-36, TNFa and HDL cholesterol.
