A Case of Lichen Planus Pigmentosus-InversusKeywords: Lichen planus pigmentosus , inverse Abstract: Lichen planus pigmentosus is a rare subtype of lichen planus. Because of its rarity, we present the case of a patient diagnosed as lichen planus pigmentosus-inversus based on clinical and histopatological findings, which clinical appearance did not resemble lichen planus at initial examination.
