Los estudios legislativos y la cuestión bicameral

En una revisión sobre las propuestas para la medición de la fortaleza de los sistemas bicamerales, este artículo revisa las posiciones planteadas por los dos autores contemporáneos que han teorizado en torno a los bicameralismos. Aunque la cuestión bicameral no se encuentra en el centro de los debates de la disciplina, el intento de conciliación de estos enfoques permite una nueva aproximación a la temática, en un intento de reavivar las discusiones sobre el funcionamiento de las Legislaturas de dos cámaras. In a review of the proposals for measuring the strength of bicameral systems, this article reviews the positions that the two contemporary authors that have theorized about Bicameralism have put forward. Even though the bicameral question is not now set in the center of the debates of the discipline, this is an attempt of conciliation of the two scopes, in the hope of finding a new approach to the issue, looking forward to revive the discussions over the function of two-chambers legislatures.
