This paper aims to discuss the features of Zotero that strengthens as web 2.0 tool and therefore extends its possibilities for collaborative learning.Among the new features are the groups that allow collaborative networking between students-teacher-community, share bibliographies, find people with common interests in a subject, etc.. In addition we present the results in improving the work of career diplomas Degree in Tourism from the familiarity of the tutors with this application.
