THE PEDAGOGICAL FORMATION OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS / LA FORMACIóN PEDAGóGICA DE LOS ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS

The process of universalizing the Higher Education in Cuba has implied an opening to the boroughs regarding meso and micro universities. Consequently, has determined the access of some qualified specialists to university teaching, but without having an initial pedagogical formation. Taking into account this situation, from the academic year 2004/2005 in the main meso universities began the pedagogical preparation for the professionals to be who are in the last year of their measurement. The work here was organized in a pedagogical staff. The results gotten and the students’ criteria are part of the main aspects which are valued in this work.
