The work aims to reflect on the relevance of the proposed method of Bertolt Brecht theatrical production through his reworking from the Brazilian culture, analyzing the videos, through their connections with the theatrical performances, two brazilian groups namely: Companhia do Lat o (Sao Paulo) and ói Nóis Aqui Traveiz (Porto Alegre). The analytical methodology merges aesthetic and philosophical notions coined by Brecht and Walter Benjamin on the observations collected during a field survey along the two theater groups, aiming at a broader understanding of the connection between the theather and their audiovisual recordings on DVD. Examines the use of the effect-V in their video productions. Yet some formal experiments that intersection video theater in the service of memory and stage productions own experimental research in this field. O trabalho visa refletir sobre a atualidade das propostas do método de Bertolt Brecht de encena o teatral através de sua reelabora o a partir da cultura brasileira, analisando os vídeos, através de suas conex es com os espetáculos teatrais, de dois grupos brasileiros a saber: a Companhia do Lat o (S o Paulo) e o ói Nóis Aqui Traveiz (Porto Alegre). A metodologia analítica funde no es estético-filosóficas cunhadas por Brecht e Walter Benjamin às observa es recolhidas durante uma pesquisa de campo junto aos dois grupos teatrais, objetivando uma compreens o mais ampla da conex o entre os espetáculos teatrais e os respectivos registros audiovisuais em DVD. Analisa o uso do efeito-V em suas produ es em vídeo. E ainda algumas experiências formais dessa interse o vídeo-teatro a servi o da memória das produ es cênicas e da própria pesquisa experimental nesse campo.
