Entre a realidade e a fic o: os desacertos da política neoliberal no jornal nacional

This paper discusses the relationship between reality and fiction in TV journalism in Brazil, where the object of study Jornal Nacional Globo Television Network. The purpose of the paper is to report on the impacts of neoliberal policies in Brazil, from the perspective of the sociologist Francisco de Oliveira checking, however, that the approach adopted by the news media to account for the same discussions. To this end, we used the results of research conducted on the National Journal, during the Fernando Henrique Cardoso, selecting specific placements of the first (1994-1998) and the second term (1998-2002).
