"No centro de uma outra história": a busca da emergência de novos espa os arte-educativos

In this article we seek to discuss the art in its relation with the educational process. Use experience related to the creation and constitution of the "Casa do Joquim: Oficina de ideias" a pioneering work in art and non-formal education in the city of Pelotas-Rio Grande do Sul State. For either approach is organized into two sections. The first takes as narrative thread the song "Joquim" from the artist from Pelotas city Vitor Ramil, introducing the presentation of the experience. In the second, describes the proposal of the "Casa do Joquim" and in the end, resumes and defends the boundary condition of frontier as one of the areas of production/artistic creation that other ethical and aesthetic as possible.
