Considerations Regarding the Determination of the Latent Roots of the Matrix A Using the Method of Perturbations

The exact determination of the latent roots and latent vectors of a linear mapping supposes, in most of the cases, the outrun of serious calculation difficulties. Consequently, it is preferred their approximate calculation. We exemplify, in the hereby paper, the adjustment of the method of perturbations, used in quantic mechanic and oscillatios theory, for the approximate determination of the latent roots and latent vectors of matrix A, corresponding to a linear mapping.
