THE PARENT – EDUCATIONAL PARTNER AND PART OF EDUCATIONAL POLICIES

Considering the fact that parents seem to be more involved in their childern’s life, this paperaims to be a starting point in order to develop a specific programe designed to increase parentsparticipation, as educational partners, in school activities. Although the important role of thefamily as a key element in all societies is well known, in the last decades, we can notice in ourRomanian society, a shift of perspectives with significant implications at the individual and sociallevel but also regarding the process of developing and implementing the social policies.
