Abstract: This work was developed in an institution to provide service medical hospital located in the region of the Planalto Meridional of Rio Grande do Sul, with the aim of identifying the relationship between organizational values reported by the company and desired by employees. The research has a descriptive nature, of the case study only, predominantly quantitative. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire called the Organizational Values Inventory, endorsed by Tamayo, Mendes and Paz (2000). Data collection involved a sample of 57 administrative workers of the company is trying to understand the motivational constructs declared the organization were the motivational constructs desired by employees. The results showed that the construct domain (real) is positive and moderate to construct Egalitarianism (desired) and the construct Conservatism (real) is positive and moderate in size of the Hierarchy, Egalitarianism, Power, and Harmony with one's Conservatism.
