Proposta procedimental para os recursos penais

This article aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of the process can be achieved by adopting the singleappellate deadline for lodging the appeal and on appeals in the strict sense. The preparation of this work was groundedin interdisciplinary research literature. Initially it was necessary to analyze the current appellate procedure of appeal andappeal in the strict sense in criminal proceedings. Moreover, the features were compared in a study of civil appeal,appeal the Special Court and the instrument further civil proceedings. Based on the materials studied, it was concludedthat the effectiveness of procedure it is a fundamental right and is essential to adopt mechanisms for its implementation,since it will bring more efficiency to the process, avoiding the slow pace of judicial protection.
