Diagnosing wear and tear of piston packing in car hydraulic shock absorbers

The paper presents method of diagnosing hydraulic shock absorber with wear and tear of piston packing. There are diagrams of shock absorbers for different cases of tightness reduction. Damping characteristics for different cases of reduction in tightness are shown at the end of article.
