In case of the formal communication, the official organizational standardsand structures are those which establish the organizational exchanges between the membersof the organization, then in the informal communication, the psychological human needs, thefrequency of the direct contacts between the members take precedence. The complexity of theinformal connections is, sometimes, more extended and more powerful than the stiff andlimited structure of the formal communication. In the informal communication, theinformation circulates in all ways and directions passing over the hierarchical knots.
