DIOKI-jevi materijali za proizvodnju plastomernih pjenastih proizvoda / DIOKI materials for the production

Tijekom 50-godi njeg rada u DIOKI-ju su se pratile i primjenjivale novosti u postupcima proizvodnje polimernih materijala, preradbenim postupcima te u pobolj anim svojstvima gotovih proizvoda. U lanku su prikazani DIOKI-jevi polimerni materijali namijenjeni proizvodnji pjenastih proizvoda. OKIROL E/EF je pjene i polistiren u obliku zrnja u kojem se nalazi pjenilo i svi potrebni dodaci, namijenjen preradi u blokove u kontinuiranom ekspanderu za izradu izolacija te za parno pjenjenje izolacijskih ili ambala nih otpresaka. DOKI POLISTIREN, OKITEN i DINALEN plastomerni su materijali koji se tijekom preradbenog postupka uz dodatak pjenila i drugih sastojaka prevode u pjenaste proizvode. Detaljnije je opisan postupak ekstrudiranja pjenaste polietilenske folije i pjenastih polistirenskih plo a te korelacija postupka i njihovih primjenskih svojstava. / During DIOKI’s 50 years long history, the company has monitored and applied new polymer production and processing technologies, and improved the properties of finished products. This paper presents the DIOKI products intended for the manufacturing of thermoplastic foams. OKIROL E/EF is expandable polystyrene produced in the form of polymer beads, containing blowing agent and other additives, processed in a continuous expander and widely used for the manufacturing of blocks for panels intended for insulation inthe building construction industry, and for the manufacture of insulation and packaging articles on steam moulding machines. DOKI POLISTYRENE, OKITEN and DINALEN are thermoplastics materials which, with addition of blowing agent and other necessaryingredients during polymer processing, can be used for production of expanded polymers. The paper also provides a more detailed description of extrusion used for the production of polyethylene foamed foils and polystyrene foamed panels in correlation with their final properties.
