Abstract:

在纳米晶复合Nd10Fe86 xBxNb4 (x = 6.5~22)合金中,B含量的变化对合金磁性能有重要影响。B元素的含量变化可以调整合金软、硬磁相的相对含量,适量的B含量可以使合金中软、硬磁性相间的交换耦合作用增强,从而提高合金的综合磁性能;过量的B元素的添加增加了合金中非磁性相的含量,导致了合金的综合磁性能的下降。B含量为10 at%的合金在退火温度为690℃,退火时间为4 min时具有最佳的磁性能,为:jHc = 936.0 kA/m,Br = 0.91 T,(BH)max = 125.9 kJ/m3。 For the Nd10Fe86 xBxNb4 (x = 6.5 - 22) nanocomposite permanent alloys, the relative content of the soft magnetic phase and the hard magnetic phase is sensitive to B addition. Proper B addition can enhance the exchange coupling effect between soft and hard magnetic phases, resulting in improving the magnetic properties. More addition of B promotes the formation of non-magnetic phases which degrades the magnetic properties of the Nd10Fe86 xBxNb4 (x = 6.5 - 22) alloys. When B = 10 at%, optimal magnetic properties can be obtained. That is, jHc =936.0 kA/m, Br = 0.91 T and (BH)max = 125.9 kJ/m3 for the Nd10Fe76B10Nb4 alloy annealed at 690 C for 4 minutes. It is due to the enhancement of exchange coupling effect between soft and hard magnetic phases.
