The importants of stretching in the handball training to teenage players (17 to 18 years)Keywords: handball , sports training , stretching , peculiarities of age , physical training Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to improve the training system of the handball players of 17 to 18 years by using the traininfacilities of stretching in sports. To achieve the basic objectives of the research was supported in terms of theoretical andexperimental efficiency of stretching resources during sports training. Results provided by subjects in the experimental groupwere compared with control group results. Means of stretching applied in training subjects of the experimental group wereselected and classified in order to be able to select them and apply them effectively in sports training. Resultsobtained from experimental and control groups on enhancing their sports training, which is expressed by physical trainingimprovement, shows clearly the effectiveness of the methodology applied in the training sessions of the players of theexperimental group.
