Chronic heart failure - nursing diagnoses

The authors present the most important nursing diagnoses in patients with chronic heartfailure. The main actual diagnoses are the following: decreased cardiac output, excess fluid volume,ineffective tissue perfusion, ineffective breathing pattern, activity intolerance, and noncompliance. Theprincipal risk diagnoses are risk of activity intolerance, fluid volume deficit, infection, medication, andskin integrity impairment.
