The design of an control system of ignition furnace

The contribution deals with a technical and algorithmic solution of the stabilization level of a control system for the ignition furnace of the sintering belt which produces a sinter for the blast furnace. The control system is realised on the basis of an IBM PC computer equipped with an Advantech Co. I/O card. The core of the control algorithm is a fixed PS regulator and a PSD regulator. Moreover, the system performs several more control and check functions of the logical type.
