Geological, structural and mineralizing aspects of renewal of exploitation on the strieborná vein in the Roznava ore fieldKeywords: silver vein , extensional duplex , subvertical faults , tetrahedrite mineralization , Roznava ore field , Slovakia Abstract: In the Ro ňava ore field the ore-bearing vein structures were probably originated in transstensional regime of the sinistral shear zona of NE-SW diection. The consequences of strain regime manifest by extensional duplexex in the near-surface parts of the terrestrial crust. The Srieborná vein was successively reworked by the 11 deformational phases and mineralizing stages. Several types of textures and accumulations of sulphidic ores occur in the quartz - siderite vein. The most significant ore accumulations are present within and along the reactivated subvertical fault systems with high - grade ores; these are focus into pinch and flattening zones of asymetric siderite boudins of the Strieborná vein.
