Pri akovanja tudentov glede na razlike v kakovosti storitev visoko olskih zavodov = Student Expectations of Higher Education Institution ServicesKeywords: educational services , quality , expectations , students , marketisation Abstract: New challenges witnessed also in Slovenian higher education requirea different approach towards understanding students and their expectations,as higher education becomes increasingly market-oriented.Since research on assessing student expectations is still rare, we havedecided to establish the expectations of students regarding their studiesat the University of Primorska. With the help of factor analysis, wehave determined that these expectations are related to the followingsix factors: relationship between teaching staff and students, faculty’sreputation, faculty’s environment, employment chances, academic excellence,and staff competence and expertise. Cluster analysis has revealeda difference between the expectations of students of professionalstudy programmes and students of academic study programmes.
