CLINIC CHARACTERISTICS AND DIAGNOSTICS OF THE EPITHELIUM TUMOR OF THE OVARIUM

The tumors that are generated from the cover epithelium of the ovarium are the most frequent ovary tumors; their detection is late and within the hereditary syndromes they are coupled with the colorectal carcinoma or breast carcinoma. This pa-per stresses often odd characteristics of the tumors of the ovarium epithelium, their morphological features, their contemporary classification and the methods of diagnosis in their detection. Beside the ultrasound characteristics of the given tumors (cystoma, cystadenocarcinoma, "borderline" lesions) the immunohistological diagnostic marker of the Ca - 125 type is specially emphasized.
