Haifa which is a coastal city in East Mediterranean Sea was a fishing town in the 19th century. Today Haifa is one of the biggest cities as a centre of industry, culture and trade in Israel. Very active political, social and economical term had been experienced in the geography of Palestine from the last of 19th century and from beginning of 20th century until breaking out of First World War. Fundamental changes occurred in the socioeconomic structure of Haifa Qada especially with the opening Hedjaz Railway to the Mediterranean Sea in 1905. It is tried to reveal these fundamental changes in the article.
