POLYMORPHISM OF VIOLENT HEALTH DAMAGE UNDER THE WAR AND/OR IRREGULAR CONDITIONS AND DIFFICULTIES OF THE EXPERTISE PROCEDURE

The differences under understanding irregular and/or war conditions inaddition to many ways of health damage and/or destruction of life make the medicaland expert actions very difficult. By analyzing the expertise material of the Institutefor Forensic Medicine in Novi Sad, in the period from 1991 to 2000 (335 cases ofdeadly wounded under irregular and war conditions), and by following available dataabout other institutions and experts conceding these issues, it can be concluded that thefindings and opinions of the experts can mainly amount to an analysis of the medical biologicalfacts, kinds and causes of injuries but with no possibility to analyze thegeneration of the violent damages done to health or of the destruction of life.
