El cáncer de pulmón no microcítico constituye la principal causa de muerte por cáncer en la mayoría de los países del mundo. Por este motivo realizamos esta revisión que tiene como objetivo ofrecer una panorámica de la integración de las líneas de tratamiento que se deben llevar en esta enfermedad. Las opciones fundamentales de tratamiento son: cirugía, quimioterapia, radioterapia, tratamiento con monoclonales y vacunas. La integración entre ellas hace posible una mejor respuesta al tratamiento. The non-microcytic lung cancer is the leading cause of death from cancer in most of world countries. That is the objective of present review is to offer a panorama of the integration of these lines of treatment inherent in the disease. The main options of treatment are: surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, treatment with monoclonal antibiotic therapy and vaccines. Its integration makes possible a better response to treatment.
