Social and philosophical bases of strategy of controlling the quality of education in higher education institution

The article discusses the issues of providing quality education from a perspective of social and philosophical analysis. The author considers creating a strategy of controlling the quality of education in higher education institution on the basis of the quality system focused on satisfying the requirements of concerned parties.
