Se informa el caso de una mujer de 58 a os, inmunocompetente, sin antecedentes de enfermedad procoagulante, quien desarrolla fenómenos trombóticos múltiples en el curso de una infección aguda por citomegalovirus. We report the case of a 58-year-old, immunocompetent female, without a history of procoagulant disease, who developed multiple thrombotic phenomena in the setting of acute cytomegalovirus infection.
