STRUCTURAL-FUNCTIONAL MODELING TO FORM MEDIA COMPETENCE OF THE LANGUAGE PERSON

The article describes media competence of the secondary language person and a model to form it, based on the analyses of the media educational models created by domestic and foreign media teachers according to the intermediate results of the conducted research.
