The article determines the role and meaning analysis of Russian Higher Educational Institutions’ cooperation with CIS country participants within a framework of humanitarian projects. The NIZHNIY NOVGOROD STATE LINGUISTIC UNIVERSITY abilities and perspectives with reference to the humanitarian and educational collaboration sphere with CIS are investigated as well.
