HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT OF STATE AND MUNICIPAL CONTRACTS IN THE FEDERAL CONTRACT SYSTEM FORMATION

The article deals with human resource development of state and municipal con-tracts that is one of the most important tasks of the federal contract system. The purpose is to show the way to meet this challenge on the example of "Management" MA course of the curriculum "Management of public and municipal contracts" in Moscow City Government University of Management.
