ALTERNATIVE VIEW ON NATURE AND CONTENT OF “FUTURE TEACHER’S MEDIA COMPETENCE” CONCEPT IN FSES-3

This article presents an alternative view to develop media competence of future teacher’s personality in the condition of the federal state education standard for high professional education. It analyzes scientific publications of the Russian and foreign media education specialists and gives the author’s understanding, components and formation stages of media competence of future teacher’s personality.
