Au-delà de la contrainte des vingt-quatre heures, ces mises en récit du quotidien de l'autre, factices il va sans dire, font jouer les diverses dimensions du terme - la temporalité, la récurrence et l'insignifiant - par le biais de procédés énonciatifs, figuratifs et narratifs qui viennent en spécifier le registre.This paper compares three biofictions that, in each case, relate one specific day in the life of an author : Patrick and Roman Wald Lasowski’s André Gide. Vendredi 16 octobre 1908 (1992), Alain Buisine’s Proust. Samedi 27 novembre 1909 (1991) and Richard Jorif’s Valéry. Jeudi 10 juin 1927 (1991). In addition to the formal constraint of restricting the text temporally to a twenty-four-hour period, these biofictions all focus on the imaginary reconstruction of the everyday life of the Other, and explore the constituents (temporality, repetition, and insignificance) of the paradigm that defines the expression "everyday life", by the use of enunciative, figurative, and narrative forms and devices.
