O presente artigo intenta perquirir a eclesiologia patrística que brota da compreens o da Igreja como unitate Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti. Para tanto, percorrer-se-á alguns padres da Igreja, vislumbrando a teologia simbólica dos mesmos no que concerne à imagem de Igreja como comunh o. Bem como, apresentar-se- o aspectos da eclesiologia que brota da Liturgia, delimitando o estudo à Anáfora de Hipólito de Roma (III século) e às Ora es Eucarísticas do Missal Romano de Paulo VI. This article attempts to assert the patristic ecclesiology that comes from understanding the church as “unitate Patris et Sancti Spiritus et Filii” to do so, it will go some priests of the Church, discerning the symbolic theology of the same with respect to image Church as Communion. As well as presenting will aspects of ecclesiology which springs from the Liturgy, limiting the study to the Anaphora of Hippolytus of Rome (third century) and the Eucharistic Prayers of the Roman Missal of Paul VI.
