A series of some trisubstituted purine coupled with carboxamide derivative of amino acids at the C2 position were synthesized. The targeted compounds were synthesized from coupling of 9- methyl-6-(piperidin-1-yl)-9H-purin-2-amine with carboxamide derivatives of amino acids. The newly synthesized compounds were characterized using IR, Mass, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR analysis.
