SYNTHESIS, SPECTRAL ANALYSIS AND IN VITRO BIOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF AZETIDINONE DERIVATIVES OF 5-NITROINDAZOLE Synthese, Spektralanalyse und in vitro biologische Bewertung VON Azetidinonderivate 5-Nitroindazol

A simple and efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of various 3-chloro-2-oxoazetidine derivatives of 5-nitroindazole using conventional method. The series of 3-chloro-2- oxo-azetidine derivatives synthesized were structurally confirmed by analytical and spectral data and evaluated for their antimicrobial activities. Some compounds show that promising antibacterial and antifungal activities.
