Abstract:

This article aims to discuss some aspects which can be improved concerning the Hospital e Maternidade Nilza de Oliveira Pipino services, through the work of a professional of tourism, implanting some services of hospitality in hospitals. By observing, we could identify some problems due to the lack of organization, human resource management, professional training about the reception of the hospital which can cause disastrous consequences for the patients recovery process. Our main goal is making notes and thinks about the useful help of a professional of tourism for the hospital humanization process.
