Abstract:

The breach of current paradigms in the society becomes a more steady act. The decentralization and the establishment of the flow of information networks lead the jornalism from to new perspective: the logic of the individual. In that sense, is the use of information and communication technology (ict) and tendency to con-verge journalistic narrative, with emphasis on the production of contents. Thru the ccm or collective mobile computers (le o in lemos, 2004) the subject becomes not only to be an active agent in sharing information as well as you can at any time. Twitter surge in this time of informational revolution based on exchange of information, links and news limited to 140 characters. Accordingly, one can understand that twitter can be used as a tool that promotes the flow of news and breaks the paradigm of monopoly of information.
