THE FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF AN INVESTITION PROJECT WITH THE OCCASION OF ITS APPROVAL

"The unrolling of a business is a race without finishing line, and means ceaseless endeavor for improvement, in order to satisfy all the extant needs."Throughout the whole world, a very important matter is represented by the programs related to business, which presupposes organizing and leading people, developing the commercial activity through a plan of structural action, and mobilizing the whole team in order to succeed in the undertaken actions.It can be considered that the apparition and singularizing of small and medium enterprises is due to the tendency of balancing the economic structures, in order to decrease the economic concentration degree. In transition economies, the role of the balance comes from the necessity to establish competition and to restructure the economy.The reason why we chose the work's subject, "THE FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF AN INVESTITION PROJECT WITH THE OCCASION OF ITS APPROVAL", was to create a quite real image of the enterprises and their activities. In order to carry out the work, we also used a questionnaire in which we sought....to summarize, as precisely as possible, the reasons why the entrepreneurs started their businesses. The questions proposed to be analyzed were pleasant, so a lot of managers found it enjoyable to complete this questionnaire: "which are the external factors that pushed them to establish their own business", "which are the strong points that characterizes them", "what knowledge is necessary for one who wants to start business", which is the symbol of a successful contractor", "how does their life partner see their involvement in business", for how long is the business runned" etc.
